This is where you can keep account of your advice transactions and funds deposited. Log into your account to view the amount of funds available and to securely add funds if needed. In addition is a list of advisors you called or chatted with in the past for fast access.
Advice:
Telephone - There's no easier way to receive an advice consultation by phone than through Moonwhisper. Funds you add to your account are used automatically towards minutes spend with a consultant of your choice. Depending on the per minute rate of your chosen advisor, funds are deducted from your account for each minute used. You may use as much or as little as needed for each consultation. Simply add more funds as desired. When you are ready for a consultation make sure there are enough funds in your account to cover the minutes you think you will need. Then simply click the call available button for the advisor you wish to speak to, provide your phone number to be called at and we do the rest. Your advisor will be contacted and then we'll call you and connect the both of you together. The system is completely automated and your privacy is protected, advisors are not given your phone number or any other personal information. When you are finished with your consultation the charge will show in your account and be deducted from your available funds. For dial up users with only one phone line there is an option to select how many minutes you want the system to wait before making the call so that you may make the call and then disconnect to wait for the ring.
Text and Video Chat - Chat allows you to talk to your advisor without disconnecting or leaving your computer. Just like phone, the advisor's per minute rate is deducted from your account depending on the amount of minutes you use, make sure you have enough in your account to cover the amount of minute you expect to use for the consultation and add more as needed. When ready to chat simply click the chat available button for the advisor of your choice and then select text or video. An advisor may be available for either one or both depending on their preference. After choosing one or the other a window will pop up with the chat system ready to use. You must click connect to get connected to the chat server and then click start to begin typing. The start button will not be available until the advisor joins, please wait a minute while they answer. When your chat is complete you may highlight the text and paste it in your word program of choice if you wish to have a record of the consultation. A timer is present to show you how many minutes you have total and how many you are using, you may stop the chat at anytime by clicking stop or closing the window. Should your Internet be disconnected during your chat your minutes will stop automatically, simply reconnected and continue. Video chat is recommended for users with high speed Internet using a microphone and speakers, a video cam is optional and there is text available just in case. Text chat only requires an Internet connection at any speed.
